It gets a little difficult to carry your phone while doing household work or gardening. If the phone starts ringing and your hands are already engaged, forget the slightest chance of answering the call. To make sure, you don’t miss even a single phone call while doing household chores Josie Baker has designed the Pendant Phone.

The amazingly cute gadget will prove to be a blessing for females and will blend perfectly with their petite personality. Clip the phone on your top and drop all worries of running towards one every time it tinkles. The gadget has been given a simple appearance and will make a user stay away from unnecessary complications. It has a button to answer a call and 0-9 digits for dialing a number. Simply, press the button and whiff a sweet Hello! The hands free gadget can be clipped on the clothes without much effort. All you have to do is twist the flap over your outfit and the magnets will stick together. When these magnets are not connected, the pendant will bear a flat look.

Charging Pendant is same as we do for normal cell phones. The gadget can be picked from a hue of colors according the shade that best defines a user’s personality. If you get bored gawking at the same shade, swap it with a different silicone case and add a vibrant streak. Pendant Phone is an ingenious invention and understands the needs of a house worker. It makes sure you don’t miss any important calls and stay connected with your loved ones all the time.

Creating a new design usually leads to lots of waste formation. But to develop a concept with very minimal wastage of resources is a challenge in contemporary times of modern technology. It requires a huge amount of patience and a different way of thinking. An innovative way of research has led to the development of Sentio, an image capture and sharing device worked on by James Clayman.

The concept device has shown a very idealistic way of Graphical communication. It seeks to save not only the resources but time as well. Research team had taken an organized approach which started with preparation of the detailed plans and collection of integral parts. What would had been better than to find the required resources for a project around you without putting too many efforts. They just had the right eye to see those resources.

Next came one of the most difficult steps of project, i.e. graphical communication with drawings. Sketches were prepared to understand the image capture and intercommunication concept. The main purpose was to provide a clear understanding of the image and communication features to the users. Image interactions by users of different ages were analyzed so as to identify the right place for the product. Complexities were reduced by a dual screen and gesture actions. It also helped users to communicate with their experiences either through digital or print medium.

Unliquited Concept Phone By Daniele Silvestri

Designer Daniele Silvestri’s Unliquited concept phone is an innovative, eco-friendly smartphone designed for Samsung. The phone mixes a rail-thin look with green design to create a smartphone unlike any other.

Unlike other smartphones, the Uliquited stores all of its memory and data on a side server. This means that even if you lose or break your phone, all of your contacts, pictures, files, etc… are not lost. The use of the side server also cuts down on the phone’s weight, giving it a sleek rail-thin look. The battery of this phone is powered by methanol and can be recharged by injecting 10mL packs of methanol into the 40mL battery pack. The Unliquited’s metal frame is designed to be melted down and reused after use, possibly to make more eco-friendly phones.

Look at the picture above and try to guess what the product is. Well, let me tell you, if you are thinking it is a modern version of a pocket watch then I am really sorry to say that your guess is wrong. The cute round looking thing called Serendipity is actually a social networking tool.

Man is a social animal and cannot live without interacting with others. From ages communication modes have changed for good, the latest being connecting online and through other digital/ electronic sources. Social networking has become an essential part of everyone’s life. Not only does it help us stay in touch with our loved ones but also is an important mode to find new people or even jobs. In the world of Facebook and My Space, Serendipity by Hoang M Nguyen will shrink the world even further. This handy and lightweight gadget comes with a system that will easily let strangers monitor your likes and dislikes without any hitch. This social interaction tool makes the most of the surveillance concept and creates an interaction which the designer has tagged as coveillance. The device will scrutinize every trivial detail available and present it in front of you.

Not only this, Serendipity comes loaded with applications. You name an application and it is there. The menu is quite incredible and one can scroll through the software by rotating the metal ring. It comes with a full QWERTY keypad which makes typing fun. The tool can be easily customized according to one’s whims and fancies. You can easily play games with people, check out their pictures and music as well. It also has radar that works in a 50 meter radius, so keeping a close eye on someone’s movements is now easy. Spying on someone has never been so simple and fun. Put up your information or your resume and see how easily people will be able to track and getting touch with you.

Osim Curve is an innovative health and fitness product concept that can be an ideal solution for those who want to become fit, but are unwilling to bear the hassle of tough exercises. This product can be introduced to a health-conscious yet reluctant-to-exercise person as a fun toy, as an exciting sea surfing board with the mission to catch as much fishes (the projected numbers) as they can within a preset timing. The mini light projectors have been fitted on the below surface of the board and the rider should touch the projected numbers while maintaining the balance, making exercising a playful event. Even more, it features a multiplayer mode through which the person can go for a deadly tournament with his opponent, considering that the less scorer will have to jump from the board on deep sea which surely will give the exerciser some effective motivation.

With the rapidly growing population, living areas in urban environments have been getting smaller and smaller, forcing residents to either compromise on their basic needs or look for some space-efficient objects to meet their ends. Developed for Electrolux, the “Dishwashing Table” by designer François de Martrin is a multifunctional furniture/appliance that combines an ultrasonic dishwasher and kitchen table in a single unit to save space in compact city apartments. Featuring a tactical light interface to activate the dishwasher underneath the glass surface, the square kitchen table also includes a magnetic system to move dishes up and down in the middle of the table. The Dishwashing Table not only cleans dishes but also keeps them hot for the users.
