
Since time immemorial, zero has been synonymous with bringing in a revolution, be it mathematics or the new concept phone designed by French designer Josselin Zaigouche. The phone is designed in the shape of what else but zero. The phone comes in two color combination which can be separated. Once both the parts come together, it creates a virtual interface wherein the numbers pad, battery meter and signal strength are very much a part of it. Overall the design is simple, nice and easy. The phone is also user friendly and due to its innovative looks it has a long shelf life.

Innovations in science and technology have turned the virtual into the real, paving the way for an entirely new world. Revitalizing the usual structure of computer, Chinese designer Lv Zhongfang has come up with a unique PC design that employs virtual input system in place of traditional keyboard and mouse. The eyeglasses-style monitor of the revolutionary PC gives a free access to the users. While the motion capture system (MG-D) resembles a watch and can be worn on your wrist, the MG-E takes the form of a ring that fits on the finger of the user to be used as a mouse. In the Matrix Gateway, the motion capture system (MG-D) takes the place of a keyboard and wireless technologies, including bluetooth and Wi-Fi make communication easy.

Hailed as ‘Kissed Cobras,’ the designer watch looks more like a bracelet. Finished with polyurethane, the wristwatch presents two little screens on either ends: one indicating hours and the other minutes.

Step aside Nintendo, Emotiv’s got dibs on the ultimate game controller right here with their Project Epoc. It’s basically a headset fitted with a bunch of sensors that “read” your mind and let you control video games (be it from your console or PC) via your thoughts. Did I mention it can do this wirelessly? Though it looks like a torture device, the concept is pretty sweet. It’ll be demoed at the Game Developer’s Conference next week. – Louis Ramirez

It really is! Hear me out. The iBangle is Gopinath Prasana’s vision of a future iPod where the devices have become darn close to becoming jewelry. If you factor in inflation and the cost of Apple products today – might as well call it jewelry because it’ll cost as much. I digress, the iBangle is a thin piece of aluminum (of course) with a multi-touch track pad. To achieve the perfect fit, a cushion inside the ring inflates to keep itself taught against your wrist. Unisex? Maybe.
