Hi-tech stick for the elderly made from sustainable materials.
South Korea-based industrial designer Taewan Kim has made sure that when old, you’ll not have to leave your hi-tech gadgets at home because you just can’t carry them. Kim has designed a hi-tech walking stick that apart from providing the silver aged with the much needed support gives them a touch of technology.

ViewTrans is a conceptual digital translator that can let you relaxed regarding this issue. Unlike usual electronic dictionaries where you can translate a foreign language only when you can recognize the letters of that language, ViewTrans can translate a foreign language on the device’s screen into your mother tongue by few easy to follow steps. Choose the language of the country you are traveling then bring your required word on the screen to translate. Push the T button and get the translated word on the screen.

To keep your privacy intact Sotirios Papadopoulos has developed a light-emitting mirror, which creates a glowing effect when the lights go out. The ELI (Eco Light Inside) is based on a photo luminescent material that is embedded inside the mirror. The mirror is available in two versions, Fingerprint and I Love Me.
The new pocket scanner by the name ScanU is a device that surely is slated to make scanning easy for all of us. The device is made up of 3 units: the central bigger unit hosts the roll out screen and display complete with corresponding control units, another unit is the rechargeable battery with a USB interface and the third being a storage unit also with USB interface. The OLED screen gives the required illumination for scanning and also to capture the data to be scanned. The device is dual side scanning device which enables to capture data even if the book is closed. It comes out to be a very handy device!
This new device is an electronic wrist watch and a mobile phone at the same time. It works on the both touch screen and voice recognition technology and the phone may be activated or deactivated via the green or red line given in the device. It also has a built in scrolling function that allows the user to move between various functions that is available on the device. It also has a built in camera which enables the users to click pictures and be able to send the same in real time. Well must say that it’s quite a chic product!
